About Harry

Hey! I’m Harry, and I live in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Seattle.

At work, I love to

  1. Design products and features that delight users and increase their lifetime value

  2. Build teams of curious, teachable, effective, and self-sufficient UX designers

I utilize the lean UX design process to design features that measurably improve users' experiences within games, apps, and the enterprise, with an emphasis on shipping products and features.

I find the most meaningful work in the mentoring and empowerment of new and advancing UX designers, with 5 years of experience in coaching, critique, and performance management.

Outside of work, I love to

Digitize and restore VHS and audiocassette tapes for the Internet Archive. There are even articles that have featured my work in Vice, The A.V. Club, and others. I’m currently working on digitizing footage for a documentary miniseries, and a museum exhibition on Dr. Stevanne “Dr. Toy” Auerbach with the Internet Archive and UC Berkeley
